Will the paint bleed if it gets wet?

YES! It's watercolor paint and it does mix with water. Spraying your painting with a spray fix or other permanent coating will keep it from bleeding.

When will I get the card(s) I ordered?

My shipping times vary but I do my best to keep cards on hand to have them ready to go when you order. I ship 2-3 business days from the time of the order and 1 week if the item needs to be painted or for custom orders.

How are cards protected during shipping?

Your cards are packed up with great care as to not get damaged on their journey to you. They are enclosed in cellophane bags and then overwrapped so they do not bend in shipping. In the rare case where they are damaged during shipping, please contact me through email.

What if I didn't receive my order?

All orders have tracking so you can see where they go. Please contact your carrier (USPS).

How do I return a card?

Since my cards are hand-painted items, all cards will look different from one another and have different colored cardstock and decorative paper backgrounds. Colors will vary slightly on the artwork. For this reason, I do not accept returns.
